Where is the best place to place the AirOne Max?
The ideal place to install the AirOne Max dehumidifier without electricity is in the place in the room where the air circulates the most. Logically, this means that the largest proportion of air can pass through the bag and be dehumidified.
No water has collected after several days, is the AirOne Max not working?
This is normal for the process. First, you will notice that the granules harden when the AirOne Max dehumidifier starts working without power. In a short time, the granules will continue to liquefy and start to drip into the collection container.
What does it mean when the granules have become completely hard?
When the granules begin to absorb moisture, they liquefy. As soon as individual grains of the granules liquefy, they combine with the surrounding grains, which is why the entire block hardens.

Wie oft muss ich den AirOne Max entleeren?
In der abgetropften Flüssigkeit befindet sich noch Calciumchlorid, welche zusätzlich zum Granulat noch der Absorption von Feuchtigkeit dient. Wir empfehlen, den Behälter erst zu leeren, wenn er voll ist und dann auch nicht komplett.
Wo stelle ich den AirOne Max am besten auf?
Der ideale Aufstellort für den AirOne Max ist der Platz im Raum, an dem die Luft am meisten zirkuliert. Logischerweise kann somit der größte Anteil der Luft durch den Beutel ziehen und dabei entfeuchtet werden.
Wie lange hält das Granulat?
Das hängt von der Feuchtigkeit und den Umständen ab, in denen der AirOne Max arbeitet. Unsere Tests und die Erfahrungen der Kunden bestätigen, dass die Beutel bis zu 3 Monate halten.
Es hat sich nach mehreren Tagen noch kein Wasser gesammelt, funktioniert der AirOne Max nicht?
Das ist normal für den Prozess. Zunächst wirst du feststellen, dass sich das Granulat verhärtet, wenn der AirOne Max seine Funktion aufnimmt. In kurzer Zeit wird sich das Granulat weiter verflüssigen und beginnen in den Auffangbehälter zu tropfen.
