How do I go about getting a refund?
If you are not satisfied with our product, you can cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. You can find more detailed information here: Right of cancellation.
How can I redeem a discount code?

Where do I place the AirOne in an unheated, cold room?
In cold rooms, air circulation is weaker. Place the AirOne near doors or passageways to use more air flow and
to remove moisture more efficiently.
Where is the best place to place the granulate dehumidifier?
The ideal location for the granulate dehumidifier is the place in the room where the air circulates the most.
Logically, this means that most of the air can pass through the bag and be dehumidified.
How often do I have to empty the granulate dehumidifier?
The drained liquid still contains calcium chloride, which, in addition to the granules, serves to absorb moisture.
We recommend that you only empty the container when it is full and then not completely.
After several days no water has collected, is the granulate dehumidifier not working?
This is normal for the process. First, you will notice that the granules harden as the granule dehumidifier starts working.
In a short time, the granules will continue to liquefy and begin to drip into the collection container.
What do I do if I have a problem with my granulate dehumidifier or its function?

Is granulate included in the delivery?
When you order a granulate dehumidifier, we will give you a free granulate bag so that you can get started right away.
Where can I get the right refill bags?
You can find the appropriate granulate refill bags in our online shop if you search for "granulate".
Can I place the AirOne Granulate Dehumidifier next to the heater?
No, being close to a heater can reduce the dehumidification performance. It is better to place the AirOne in the middle of the room or in damp areas such as windows.

Where can I get the right granules to refill the dehumidifier?
We offer the right and optimized granules for your granulate dehumidifier in a practical set of 2, 4 and 6.
How do I know that the granules need to be replaced?
When the calcium chloride is saturated, it liquefies and drips into the bottom of the container. At some point you will notice that the bag no longer contains any granules and is therefore empty.
Then it's time to put in a new bag.
What does it mean when the granules have become completely hard?
When the granules begin to absorb moisture, they liquefy. As soon as individual grains of the granules liquefy, they combine with the surrounding grains, which is why the entire block hardens.
How long does the granulate last?
This depends on the humidity and the circumstances in which the granulate dehumidifier works. Our tests and customer experience confirm that the bags last up to 3 months .
What does the granulate consist of?
Our granules consist of a mixture of 74% calcium chloride, 5% sodium chloride, 1% magnesium chloride and 20% water. We have tested different variants and compositions and found them to be ideal in terms of absorption and durability.
Can I simply dispose of the used granules?
Yes, the granules can be disposed of in household waste without any problem. They are environmentally friendly and not dangerous.
