Where is the best place to put the AirOne?
The ideal spot for the electricity-free AirOne dehumidifier is the place in the room where the air circulates most. That way the largest share of the air passes through the bag and is dehumidified.
No water has collected after several days – is the AirOne not working?
That is normal for the process. First you will notice the granules hardening as the electricity-free AirOne dehumidifier starts to work. Shortly afterwards the granules liquefy further and begin to drip into the collection container.
What does it mean when the granules have gone completely hard?
When the granules start to absorb moisture, they liquefy. As soon as individual grains liquefy, they bond with the surrounding grains, which is why the whole block hardens.
