Where is the best place to place the AirOne?

The ideal place to install the AirOne dehumidifier without electricity is in the place in the room where the air circulates the most. Logically, this means that the largest proportion of air can pass through the bag and be dehumidified.

After several days no water has collected, is the AirOne not working?

This is normal for the process. First, you will notice that the granules harden when the AirOne dehumidifier starts working without power. In a short time, the granules will continue to liquefy and start to drip into the collection container.

What does it mean when the granules have become completely hard?

When the granules begin to absorb moisture, they liquefy. As soon as individual grains of the granules liquefy, they combine with the surrounding grains, which is why the entire block hardens.
